AeroViewAI:

A Unified Platform For Airplane Analytics

Role

UX Designer

Team Members

Director, 3 PMs, 8 Engineers, 1 Scrum Master, 1 Design Lead, 1 UX Designer

Timeline

May 2026- Ongoing

Key Activities

Moderated interviews, competitive analysis, wire framing, prototyping, UI Design

PROBLEM

Leaders needed a fast, reliable picture of inventory, availability, and readiness, but that information was spread across legacy systems, spreadsheets, and 20+ links and pages. Piecing it together by hand was slow and error-prone, which made time-sensitive decisions harder than they needed to be.

DESIGN PROCESS

My Contribution:

Working alongside the design lead, I took part in stakeholder interviews and a competitive analysis, and helped turn the findings into a requirements draft that shaped how we prioritized features.

I was responsible for translating requirements into into wireframes and moved the strongest concepts into high-fidelity mockups. I designed key screens, including the cases table, the comparison report, and the AI assistant, applying and extending our design system to keep the experience consistent.

Throughout, I gathered feedback in reviews with the PM, engineers, and leadership, iterated on the designs, and prepared them for engineering handoff.

OUTCOME

AeroViewAI:

A solution to consolidate scattered tools and data into one streamlined platform, and introduce an AI assistant that finds answers across the system.

Unified Experience

Brought information and workflows from multiple sources into a single platform, and implemented a shared design system so navigation, tables, and components look and behave consistently across every tool.

AI-assisted discovery

Designed an experience that allows users to ask questions and find informatis across sources in one place.

Clearer information

Organized complex information and data into a more intuitive, scannable interface to support decision-making.
